We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, measurements, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in individual device screens, lighting, photography, or manufacturing. Customers are encouraged to carefully review the available product information and size guide before placing an order.

3. Pricing

All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Roxie Active reserves the right to correct pricing, product information, or other website errors. Any applicable promotional offers, discounts, or coupon codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout. Roxie Active reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including, but not limited to: incorrect or incomplete customer information; product unavailability; suspected fraudulent or suspicious transactions; technical or pricing errors; repeated unsuccessful COD deliveries or order refusals; or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If Roxie Active cancels a prepaid order, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be handled through the applicable payment/refund process.

5. Payments

We accept available payment methods displayed at checkout. Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment and delivery information provided during checkout is accurate.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and carries an additional ₹150 COD charge. Roxie Active reserves the right to restrict COD availability for certain locations, products, order values, or customers based on operational requirements.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Roxie Active currently ships across India to serviceable locations. Our standard delivery timeline is approximately 4–7 working days, although actual delivery may vary depending on the destination and logistics partner. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete details.

8. Exchanges

Roxie Active follows an exchange-only policy for eligible products. Normal returns and refunds are not offered. Size exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

9. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content available on the Roxie Active website, including but not limited to the brand name and logo, product photographs, product descriptions, graphics, videos, website design, written content, and social media content, is owned by or licensed to Roxie Active and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

10. Promotions & Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and special campaigns may have specific terms and validity periods. Roxie Active reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer where necessary. Different offers may not necessarily be combined unless specifically stated.

11. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

Roxie Active reserves the right to cancel orders, restrict accounts, or take appropriate action where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of promotional offers, repeated COD refusal, false claims, or other abuse of our services.

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including logistics disruptions, natural events, technical failures, network issues, or other force majeure circumstances.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of Karnataka, India, subject to applicable law.
