At Roxie Active, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and hassle-free.

Shipping Across India

We currently ship across India, wherever our logistics partner is able to provide delivery service.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders. There is no separate shipping charge added at checkout, as our product prices have been structured to include the applicable shipping cost.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, availability of service in the destination pincode, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or delays caused by the logistics partner.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant tracking information wherever available.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. A ₹150 COD fee will be applicable to orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option.

Delivery Partner

Orders may be shipped through Delhivery or another logistics partner selected by Roxie Active, depending on service availability for the delivery location.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to locations supported by our delivery partners. Some remote or restricted pincodes may not be serviceable. If your pincode is not serviceable, we may be unable to process delivery to that location.

Change of Delivery Address

Customers may request an address change before the order is handed over to our delivery partner. Once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner, the delivery address cannot be changed by Roxie Active. Customers are therefore requested to carefully verify their delivery details before placing an order.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact Roxie Active customer support as soon as possible with your order details. We will coordinate with the relevant logistics partner and assist in resolving the issue.
